Something is Completely Wrong with mainstream family meals... !


In fact, if you’re a busy parent who’s family is surviving on take-out dinners, quick-fix prepackaged meals, and fast food then you know that these meals quickly cause weight gain, inflammation, and disease in the body.

But why are these meals so bad? What is it about these traditional ‘family’ foods that causes such rapid weight gain and bloating?

Traditional family meals are based around processed grains, unhealthy fats, sugar filled items and contain low quality protein. This is a recipe for disaster.
